"I sold my house with Internet-Homes, I had No hassle, No scams and no problems with their service. To be honest with you. I think the local estate agents could pick up a few things from these guys. How many estate agents can you say would phone you up 3 months after the sale has gone through? All just to see how things are going for me in the new house. I think that this is a bloody good service. I have never come across an estate agent that even gives you the time or day. All there really bothered about is there next pay cheque. "For eight months I used a local estate agent (in NW England) whilst trying to sell my house, with no success. I was getting so fed up with waiting for my property to be sold. Then I came across internet-homes and posted on to their website the details of my property and some photographs. three weeks or so later, I sold. I saved loads of money with these guys as there was no commission to pay and i only had to pay £250 to market the house.Not only were they cheap, but they were also involved in marketing my property. It wasn't as if they just put up pictures and left potential purchasers to contact me, they actually helped me sell it. "I was selling my house and having difficulty with an traditional estate agent and getting nowhere, I came across the internet-homes website and could not believe the service that I would get the same service as an estate agent and more for £250.They were always there to talk to very professional property managers who arranged everything on my behalf. When they said they could sell my house I was sceptical at first but I had 7 viewings in the first 3 weeks and then a sale on the property I completed 6 weeks later and no commission to pay I received the full asking price and I would highly recommend Internet-Homes to anybody. This has to be the way forward now traditional agents just didn’t seem to work for me."
