At Internet-Homes, your safety and security is paramount. Unlike online estate agents, we will never display a seller’s personal details alongside the property listing.
Sellers are guaranteed that anyone arriving at the property has been financially screened and extensively communicated with by Internet-Homes, prior to their arrival. Internet-Homes has hundreds of registered buyers who will be emailed or contacted with the details of your property.
All potential buyers are pre-qualified before they arrive on your doorstep and will either have funds in place where appropriate proof has been provided, such as an accountant’s letter or they will have a mortgage guarantee. We cannot guarantee that we will sell your home but we can guarantee that the viewer will be in a financial position to purchase your house, or at the very least, make you an offer.
As well as Internet-Homes, your property will be listed on other leading portals to help maximise your exposure, include portals across Europe.
Internet-Homes has a Dedicated Property Manager allocated to each property. Account managers are responsible for monitoring all viewings and offers on your property, and can be contacted from 9am until 6pm, five days a week.
With our in-house technical expertise and our long term investment in hardware, we operate our own server farms in Salford Quays and Church guaranteeing the stability of the Internet-Homes brand.
