What does 'commission free' mean?

Quite simply, on the completion of your sale you keep the full value of the property without having to pay one single extra penny to Internet-Homes.

How long does it take for my property to appear on Internet-Homes?

Your property will be live on the website within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

For how long will you keep my property details online?

For as long as it takes to sell.

Can I update or change my details at any time?

Yes. Simply call our relocation department on 0845 6860110 or email us on support@internet-homes.co.uk and we will update your details within 24 hours. And remember, there are no extra charges or hidden costs.

Will I be charged for improvements to Internet-Homes?

As a dynamic company, we are always looking for ways to enhance our service and make technical improvements to Internet-Homes. You will never be forced to pick up the costs of these enhancements.

Do you do everything that a high street estate agent does?

Virtually. The only thing we don’t do is take pictures of your house and measure up the rooms. After all, who knows your property better than you? With digital cameras and camera phones, it has never been quicker and easier to take and share photographs. By leaving this task to you the whole selling process is speeded up dramatically.

Do you have a person I can actually speak to about any concerns or queries I have?

Yes. Every property is allocated a Dedicated Property Manager who will be happy to answer any questions you have. Alternatively, you could have a look through the ‘Internet-Homes Selling Guide’ – you may find your answers there.

Do you cover all areas in the UK?

Yes. Have a quick browse on the website and you will see that Internet-Homes deals with both domestic and business properties in the UK, Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world.
